1. Do I have to have an account to order?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, you get other benefits when you have an account with us:

4. Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on US dollars. If your credit card is based in a different currency, your order amount will be calculated according to the daily rate on the date on which your card issuer processes the transaction.

5. How do I set my delivery address?

Because our website and service are based in English, all information you enter must be in English, including punctuation marks. 6. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
